I had the privilege of training at Bull Muay Thai in Krabi for a week, and it turned out to be an exhilarating and transformative experience. From the moment I stepped into the gym, I could sense the dedication and authenticity that define Bull Muay Thai.
The trainers at Bull Muay Thai are not just instructors; they are seasoned fighters who are deeply passionate about sharing their expertise. The training regimen was challenging yet rewarding. Each session included a well-structured combination of cardio conditioning exercises, technique drills, pad work, and sparring. The trainers took the time to work closely with each student, offering personalized guidance to improve our skills and correct our form.
Pro fighters who are training at the gym would also mix with the visitors and give them precious tips to improve their technique.
What truly impressed me was the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fighter, you’re treated as part of the Bull Muay Thai family. The camaraderie among fellow participants created a supportive environment where everyone encouraged each other to push their limits.
The gym itself is well-equipped and maintained, providing a conducive space for focused training. The location in Krabi adds to the experience – after intense training sessions, I enjoyed exploring the beautiful surroundings and unwinding on the stunning beaches.
It is important to precise that the camp also offers accomodation on site. The owners of Bull Muay Thai also manage a small resort with about 20 comfortable bungalows located around a central swimming pool and few meters away from the training facility. A great advantage if you are serious about training and plan to come for a longer period.
