OUR EXPERIENCE AT SUAN BUA

Lunch at Suan Bua restaurant was an exquisite journey through the rich tapestry of Thai cuisine. Our culinary journey was marked by a variety of traditional Thai dishes, each a masterpiece in its own right. We commenced our culinary adventure with POH PIA DOK MAI, a delightful concoction of rice paper rolls brimming with assorted vegetables, Amaebi shrimp, and a burst of colorful edible flowers.

The next dish, MEANG KUM PLA TUB TIM, was a symphony of flavors, featuring crispy red tilapia served with aromatic betel leaves and a medley of Thai condiments that danced on the palate.

The TOM YUM GOONG MAE NAAM was a revelation, a hot & sour river prawn soup, its flavors heightened by the fragrant lemongrass, creating a harmonious blend of taste and aroma.

The GOONG SAUCE MAKHAM KRAJEAB was a masterpiece, crispy river prawns lavishly topped with a unique roselle tamarind sauce, offering a tantalizing tang.

The NUMPRIK KAPI PLATU TORD was a flavorful fusion of shrimp paste dips paired with deep-fried mackerel and fresh vegetables, a true testament to the diversity of Thai flavors.

The dessert was the crown jewel of our meal, with BABIN MAPROW ONN ICE CREAM VANILLA, Thai coconut pancakes paired with creamy vanilla ice cream, and SOHM CHOON, a sweet & sour concoction of orange with lychees, green mango, and crispy shallots, providing a refreshing and satisfying conclusion to our gastronomic odyssey.

The entire experience was a celebration of authentic Thai flavors, each dish a melody of taste, texture, and aroma, leaving us in awe of the culinary treasures of Suan Bua.
