As we soaked in the view, a mesmerizing sunset painted the iconic buildings of Bangkok in golden hues.

When came the time to select our beverages, the drink menu presented a balanced array of choices, neither too extensive nor too limited, featuring some unique concoctions. We opted for a meticulously crafted cocktail and a mocktail, both of which proved to be delightful companions for the evening.

As we perused the menu, slightly overwhelmed by the plethora of options, the restaurant manager approached with exciting news. The chef had curated a special selection of tapas, main courses, and desserts for us to savor.

Eagerly anticipating the culinary journey ahead, we were first presented with Octopus Paprika Mousseline and razor clams, elegantly arranged on a bed of rocks and adorned with a zesty lemon foam. This dish alone set the tone, whetting our appetites for what was to come.
